The Lakers set a record for the worst free throw shooting in NBA history on Friday - and still won by 13.
And it could have been worse. They finished at 14%, but were shooting 8% at one time.
Their victory kinda demonstrates how bad Indiana sucked. To be fair, the Lakers' Jordan Clarkson was an important reason the team won. He scored 33 off the bench, and was even 2-for-3 from the stripe. (He was the only Laker to make any free throws!) He pumped in 29 on Sunday as well, in another Lakers victory. So he contributed to the victory, but ...
the Pacers shot 2-for-25 from three-point range. That didn't really help their cause.
Somehow the Lakers have managed to win six of their last eight after losing twelve of the previous 13.
