Americans chose Reagan, Obama as top two Presidents since FDR

I think you can guess who is the worst. In the battle for the worst president, Trump took both Nixon and Dubya off the hook. A year ago, Nixon was chosen as the worst, with Dubya a very close third. Between them they took 46% of the votes. As of now, they take only 16% between them, as The Donald has stormed to the top of the list by a wide margin, with 41% of the votes.

I think you can also guess which of the "best" two (Reagan and Obama) was the favorite among voters of each party. In other breakdowns: women leaned toward Obama, men toward Reagan; minorities chose Obama in a landslide.

The article also includes some details on Trump's approval ratings:

The perception of Trump among men and white people is split about evenly. (Men: 44% approve, 49 disapprove; whites: 47 approve, 48 disapprove). Logically enough, then, he is generally approved by the cherry-picked group of white males: (52 approve, 44 disapprove).

Within the white population, he scores quite well among the poorly educated whites (56-39). Poorly educated white men are not delineated separately, but one would assume that Trump's approval among that group must be greater than 60%, since he always polls better with males.

Here are his weak areas:

Americans aged 18-34 (25%-67%)
Women (33-61)
Black people (7-86)
Hispanics (24-68)
College-educated whites: (38-59)

One thing of interest to me was the approval ratings of the political parties among independent voters. It turns out that they are equally detested. (Democrats 23-56, Republicans 22-58)
