If we were going to have a vote on the best boobs of all time, Keeley would definitely be in my top 10. Not sure if she could crack the top 5 though (Kate Upton, Lucy Pinder, Rosie Jones, Christina Hendricks, and Monica Bellucci are hard to beat).
Love her, she just missed the cut! Salma Hayek, Scarlett, JLH in her prime, Halle Berry ... there's so many beautiful women out there, it's impossible to come up with a consensus top 5.
