Trump Jr says he has no regrets about taking a meeting with supposed representatives of the Russian government in order to get damaging information about Clinton.
"Trump Jr. issued a statement Wednesday pronouncing himself candid and forthright with the committee, but the transcripts show that he responded time and again to queries by saying he could not recall or had no idea."
Remember, it's only okay if the Clinton campaign meets with Russians to get a scoop on their opponent.
ReplyDeleteI actually like that Don Jr. walked away empty handed, unlike the democrats, who bought an unconfirmed dossier and promptly released it. Surprisingly, Trump walks away at this point looking more credible than his opponent.
Please, refresh our memory -- where has it been documented, with facts, that anyone from the DNC / HRC campaign met with Russians for nefarious purposes during the 2016 election cycle?

Oh, and nice attempt at deflection. You seem to have forgotten, as have most of 49's "supporters", that it was actually the RNC that funded the initial work of Steele ... which they then dropped like a hot potato when he began providing evidence that they really, REALLY didn't like.
As far as I know, there has never been any suggestion that Clinton or any of her associates met directly or indirectly with anyone who was alleged to be associated with the Russian government. It is certainly unlikely, considering their disdain for her.
