Trump says the Justice Dept. put a 'spy' in his campaign to 'frame' him
Frame him for what? He says he did nothing wrong.
There is, of course, no known basis for his claim. Giuliani said on CNN, "I don't know for sure, nor does the president, if there really was one."
Rudy Giuliani, for all his faults, usually tries to tell the truth. That makes him the worst possible spokesman for Trump.
