The Smoking Gun, in connection with today's raid at Michael Jackson's ranch, published the declaration sworn by a child in a previous case against Jacko - a civil suit which was settled. "Michael Jackson masturbated me several times, both with his hand and with his mouth" - the boy was 12 at the time.
