Magazine Can't Distribute Eminem Tape: "A court ruling has stopped hip-hop magazine The Source from distributing a CD of a previously unreleased recording by rapper Eminem that includes phrases such as 'black girls are dumb.' " Eminem's legal argument is that they can't distribute it because to do so would violate copyright laws. They are still free, of course, to quote from it.
