Girl charged with sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography. How did she accomplish this? By possessing and disseminating nude pictures of herself, a child. Following the same logic, a 15 year old girl cannot legally masturbate since she would be engaging in sex with a minor, to wit, herself.
