Prosecutors in Pennsylvania said yesterday they would not file charges against entertainer Bill Cosby in connection with a 31-year-old woman's allegation that he drugged and molested her. The District Attorney pointed out that the decision was unrelated to his childrens' unexplained acquisition of a lifetime supply of pudding pops.
