• The Star Wars finale ended up holding off the challengers with a $55 million weekend and a $70 million four-day weekend.
• After winning the Friday competition, The Longest Yard dropped to the #3 spot for the next three days.
• The runner-up spot was a virtual dead heat. The Longest Yard ended up #2 for the three-day weekend, but Madagascar ended up #2 for the extended period including Monday.
• Crash continued to be a steady earner with almost the exact same earnings per screen as last week.
