Obscene fortune cookies liven up Chinese New Year in Brooklyn
  • "It's nothing that Brooklynites can't handle. If it happened at an uptown Chinese restaurant on the upper East Eide, it would have been a travesty," he added. "But this is Brooklyn. We shake it off."
