Florida rules that Tampa can't ban ladies night at local bars.
Did you know that the USA is the only one of the developed nations with a drinking age of 21? (Technically there is no federal law on this at all, because it is a power constitutionally reserved to the states, but the federal funding incentives more or less coerce the states to set the age at 21, and they all have.) Japan and Iceland are at 20. Norway is 20 for hard liquor, 18 for beer and wine. Canadian provinces are either 18 or 19. Western European countries are generally in the 16-18 range.
