Their first target was RapidShare. YouTube and MySpace are said to be on their hit list as well. The District Court in Cologne made it clear to the company that the fact that it was the users and not the operator of the services that uploaded the content onto their sites did NOT lessen the operator’s liability for copyright infringements that occurred within the context of the services. I'm not sure about the practical application of the ruling. After I read this I checked RapidShare, and it seems to be "business as usual"
