Man beaten to death after an argument about Metallica

Get this. A 200 pound guy grabs a 15 year old boy and stars assaulting him physically in public. The boy tells him to let go. He doesn't, so the boy's friends come to his defense and beat the shit out of the guy, but stop punching him when he lets their friend go. (According to all witnesses.) He dies. He is found to have a blood alcohol level twice the legal intoxication limit.

Here's the kicker: the boys are charged with manslaughter.
