"Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there is a 'strong possibility' the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office will NOT file felony charges against Lindsay Lohan in connection with her two DUI arrests."This is actually good news for those of you who sold short in the Lohan Death Pool. If she's not in prison, she has that many more opportunities to get wasted and kill herself recklessly!
