50% of voters say they would never vote for Hillary Clinton under any circumstances.

That isn't as bad as it sounds. 43% of voters say they would never vote for Giuliani under any circumstances. Rudy has his people, Hillary hers. (And some of those may be extremists on both sides who said they would never vote for either of them.) In a general election, the key factor for either of them would not be to influence swing voters, or to persuade disbelievers, but rather to get their own voters to the polls.
