Weekend Box Office Results for December 21–23, 2007
National Treasure and Charlie Wilson did a hair worse than expected. Sweeney Todd and P.S. I Love You disappointed. Walk Hard just plain bombed.

The weekend was still up more than 30% over last year, the second consecutive week in that range, mainly because National Tressure performed well and two of the carry-overs did better than expected, especially the chipmunk movie, which dropped only 34% from last week, and exceeded expectations by a fourth or more.

Juno again performed brilliantly, sneaking into the top ten despite being seen in only 304 theaters.
