GALLUP: Clinton and Obama tied nationally
That's a precipitous drop for Hillary, who held an 18-point lead just three weeks ago.

Romney has garnered some support in the early primary/caucus states, but is falling nationally. He's now in fifth, and has dipped below 10% for the first time. It's now a three-way battle between Huckabee (25%), Giuliani (20%, and McCain (19%), with Fred Thompson also fading, albeit slowly, to his lowest point in the recent quarter. Huckleberry has gone from 6% to 25% in two months.

People not only prefer Huckabee, but they think he will be the nominee, and by a wide margin. 36% of Republicans think so, compared to 18% for Giuliani. Democrats and independents are also convinced, albeit by somewhat smaller margins.
