I think I've listened to it about fifteen times. If you are moved to tears by her voice, you can imagine why I feel like an emotional cripple when I watch it - because she sounds so much like my mother, who was a professional singer. She even resembles my mom a bit. My mother was more attractive than Susan, but also overweight with wild curly hair. Like Susan, she had monstrous talent but the wrong appearance to be a star.
