"In an opinion peppered with golf references and a quote from 'Caddyshack' star Bill Murray, a federal magistrate has recommended the dismissal of a lawsuit brought by Rudolph Giuliani's son over his booting from Duke University's varsity golf team."It was a complete nuisance suit, predicated on the argunment that he had a "contract" to play golf for Duke. In a fair court system, Giuliani and his lawyer should have to reimburse the school and the court for the time wasted.
