I probably should mention that "Blows" is not the verb in that sentence. That's actually a sentence fragment with no verb.The actual pictures, however, do feature Vikki blowing something or another. Looks like an ice cream treat.
I'm assuming it is not the popular dick-on-a-stick, which is the favorite treat at the Iowa state fair.
