Linda Brown Stirs Up A Hurricane After Her In-Store Announcement "Your purchases are on me"

"She announced in front of room full of gathered customers that she had just won a lottery of $1.5 million and would be paying for any of the purchases being made by the people who were gathered there, that could amount to $500. According to Sgt. Michael Deakins, 'Well, of course, people like to hear that. Apparently they were in line calling relatives who were not at the store and told them to come.'"

As an appropriate response to her promises of free stuff without the money to pay for it, police escorted her to the Supreme Court, where she was sworn in by Justice Roberts as our next president.
