Some of them seem to be intentional, like Beaver Liquors.Others seem to be innocent like Pen Island, but may not be. (Where is the fake Sean Connery when we need him?)
Others really are innocent, obviously missing the double meaning for one reason or another. An example would be the Italian site PowerGen Italia.
