He was reportedly taken to the nearby Royal Cornwall Hospital after he was found unconscious at the entrance of the hotel earlier this month (May10). "He was held under the Common Law rules on mental health. If he had attempted to leave he would have been sectioned. He was a high-risk patient and was on suicide watch."
