Actually it is only rated third-worst at IMDb, behind those two great 2004 masterpieces: Superbabies 2 and Daniel the Wizard.
2004 was the ultimate year for bad movies. Also from that year, numbers 11, 17 and 19, thus giving it five of the bottom 20.
