Future Bond villain o' the day: man charged with makies a million dollar bill and tries to spend it at Wal-Mart.

Bond villain o' the day: Lexington man charged with making a fake $1 million bill and trying to spend it

... at Wal-Mart!

"No, I expect you to make change, Mr. Bond"

"Fuller was being held Friday night in the Davidson County Jail with bond set at $17,500."

So, the way I see it is this, using my expert legal reasoning:

He's innocent until proven guilty.

Therefore, we have to assume his million dollar bill is real.

Thus, he can use the bill to make bail, and Davidson County owes him his freedom plus $982,000+ in change.
