I would have thought that Lady Gaga would top this list, but the top earner in the music industry is actually country princess Taylor Swift because Swifty tours constantly. She earned $30 million last year from her concerts alone, excluding any endorsements, recording contracts, or royalties. If she had never sold a single record, she would still have been the top individual on the list (and second among all acts, behind U2).
And the best news? Her dream is to marry an elderly webmaster.
