It appears that Think Like a Man will hold on to the top spot for another week. It took the trophy for Friday, mostly because the new entries fizzled. In fact, The Lucky One, another carry-over, finished second on Friday, and the Hunger Games was fourth. Among the new entries, The Five-Year Engagement was the only film to finish in the top four, and even that film will struggle to make $10M for the weekend.
The Pirates took in $2.7M (5th); Safe and The Raven $2.5M each (6th and 7th).
The tepid box office results should turn red-hot next week, when The Avengers assemble.
