Kenya Airways reimburses Swedish woman for sitting next to a dead man on a 10-hour flight

I've flown dozens, maybe hundreds of trans-oceanic flights and their equivalent (like Zurich to Jo-berg), and I never flew next to a dead guy, but I came close. I once sat next to Bob Woodward for many hours. Does brain dead count? Can I at least get back half of my money?
