Yeah, like there's a politician who is NOT a bullshitter. Maybe Goldwater and McGovern were not, but after they both got crushed by standard issue bullshitters, it seems that bullshit became the universal currency of political campaigns. And then it became the gold standard for all everyday behavior for politicians, even when the elections were over.
