#1 Notre Dame will be in the national championship game. Their opponent will presumably be the winner of next week's game between #2 and #3 (Alabama and Georgia).
As I mentioned a couple of days ago, Kent State vs Northern Illnois will be a match-up of top 25 teams, unlikely though that seems. Kent State needs to move up one spot in order to qualify automatically for a BCS berth! That might end up as the worst bowl match-up ever, no matter which opponent they end up with. Kent State lost by 33 to Kentucky, which is probably the worst team in the SEC! If they qualify, I think Kent State's most likely match-up would be against the ACC champ in the Orange Bowl.
Incidentally, the SEC has 6 of the top ten teams in the nation, but only two of them can end up in the BCS picture. The loser of Georgia/Alabama will probably lose out and end up in the non-BCS Cotton Bowl, with Florida getting the second BCS bid for the conference.
