2700 theaters will screen a 3D revival of Spielberg's Jurassic Park, which earned overwhelmingly positive reviews in 1993 and looks scarier than ever in 3D. (90% positive reviews.)

The remake of Evil Dead will be in 3000 theaters. (67% positive reviews.)

Evil Dead should manage to wrest 1st place from G.I. Joe. Joe should drop to about $20M, leaving plenty of room for Evil Dead to sneak past with a mediocre gross. Jurassic Park will probably fall in line just behind those two.
