It's a spooky trailer for a low budget Norwegian horror film which was filmed up there in Mosjøen, which has some stark and spectacular vistas, assuming you like boring stuff like beautiful mountains, forests, oceans and rivers. You weirdo! Personally, I prefer to look at pawnbrokers, paycheck loan shops and Church's Fried Chicken outlets, but to each his own.
Anyway, the key issue here for today is the (unusual) nudity in the last few seconds of the trailer. Talk about getting a piece of tail!
