Habitable planets way more common than you think
"The nearest sun-like star with an Earth-size planet in its habitable zone is probably only 12 light years away and can be seen with the naked eye."

Note that "probably" in that sentence is based on a statistical likelihood, and does not represent an actual known solar system.
