In the history of the NFL, no passer has ever had a perfect QB rating in two consecutive games. Nick Foles, the recently promoted back-up QB, almost pulled it off in his recent two starts. He had a perfect 158.3 last week, and a 149.3 this week. YTD, he now has 15 TD passes and no interceptions.
