As many of you long-time readers know, I have been chosen by the JIS to be the official arbiter of Jesus sightings. In most cases, I rule that the tree knot, waffle, or paint smear is actually an appearance by some other person. Examples include Russell Brand, Weird Al Yankovic, Charles Manson, or in one particularly odd example, Bob Eubanks, former host of the Newlywed Game.

This is, however, the first time I have ruled that the alleged Jesus sighting is actually the monster from Alien.
