It's approximately the same as Godzilla ($38.5M) and Captain America ($36.9M). The X-men toal is an estimate, so the final corrected amount will be somewhere in 2014's top three, presumably third.
The Adam Sandler picture, Blended, took in a feeble $4.4 million, about half of what the experts anticipated. Has America's crush on Sandler finally wilted?
