Why would they even file a report when they are totally clueless?
They think 4chan is a mysterious person. Like James Bond. "Chan, Four Chan."
They think this Chan fellow was the "one" who hacked celebrity accounts.
I don't understand why they don't just ask someone who actually understands how the internet works and is capable of outlining the realistic possibilities.
