This particular guy was a lineman pulling a trick play. Arkansas played a weak non-conference game this week and was ahead 35-0 at halftime, whereupon they started screwing around for the home fans, and this play was one of their attempts at entertainment.

You may recall the the NFL's Giants once had a real quarterback who weighed 320: Jared Lorenzen, the Pillsbury Throwboy. A lefthander, he was Eli Manning's back-up guy in 2007, when he got to throw 8 passes, completing half. For his efforts, he won a Super Bowl ring, which puts him one up on Boomer Esiason and T.O.
Back when he weighed a svelte 270-something, Lorenzen was the starting QB for Kentucky for four years, and I think he still holds a bunch of Kentucky passing records. His rushing stats were less impressive - 279 rushes for 283 yards. As you might guess, he didn't really have breakaway speed, although I believe he did occasionally have breakaway pants.
