The article implies that Andrew had sex with an underage woman, but that can't be accurate, because it also says she was 17, and that they had sex three times: in London, Manhattan, and a privately owned Caribbean island. The age of consent: New York - 17, London - 16, Pervert Island - whatever the pervert says. That very inaccuracy may have given Andrew plausible deniability. Note the careful wording of the denial:
"Buckingham Palace officials issued a delicately worded denial Friday to the accusations in a Florida lawsuit, saying that 'any suggestion of impropriety with under age minors is categorically untrue.'"
It's the classic politician's trick: the non-denial denial. Given the age of consent, the Palace denial may be 100% true even if Andrew DID have sex with the alleged victim when she was 17.

In the UK, the legal age is 16 so it is all OK.

I point out that I detest pedos but in countries where the average life span is only 25 I can understand different standards
