He sorta has a point. Being called reckless and ignorant by the guys who brought you the Iraq war is about like having Jimmy Carter tell you that you don't understand the optimal interest rates for economic growth.
But the other side of the coin is this: If you seem reckless and ignorant even by their standards, maybe you're pretty far out there. It's like having WKRP's Les Nessman find you a little on the wimpy side.
