Trump loses men by eight points and women by 20.
His strength is the white/no-college group, where he leads 46-31, and veterans, where he leads 47-36. Overall, those two groups push him to a 41-39 lead among whites. The poll does not separate white/no-college by gender (the sample sizes would be too small to be meaningful), but one might reasonably extrapolate that he leads among the males in this group by some 25 points.
But when it comes to non-whites, he's got nothin'. McClatchy/Marist shows Trump losing the African-American vote 93-2 and Latinos 55-26.
The only other new poll today was the one released by NBC/WSJ, which shows Clinton up by 9 in both a two-way and a four-way choice.
For reference: which polling companies did best in 2012?
And here are 538's ratings of the pollsters, based on their previous results and an evaluation of their methodology. McClatchy is rated A, NBC is rated A-. Most of the big names have solid ratings, including CBS, ABC, and Fox News.
