Naked on stage: AICNETSIXE (2001)
In response to some naked protesters, I once made some typically callous comment like "Can war really be so bad if it causes so many women to get undressed in public?"
I could make the same observation about performance art.
I guess war and performance art are similar, except that people in wars try to avoid death, while people watching performance art often wish for it.
