Anthony Bennett, 2013's top overall pick, waived by his third NBA team in 16 months

I feel a bit bad for Anthony Bennett. He seems like a good guy who's doing his best, he just isn't that skilled. It's not his fault Cleveland defied logic and expectation by choosing him first, but now he's doomed to be known as a huge draft bust for the rest of his life.
ReplyDeleteI certainly have more respect for him than other "draft busts" who had attitude problems (Ryan Leaf) or didn't seem to want to put in the extra effort (Alexandre Daigle).
