Constance Wu appears to be a refugee from the short bus. Humanity and human integrity are of course more important than acting performance in general. In fact they are more important in every possible area of human endeavor except one, that one being the award that is specifically given for good acting performances.
This helps to explain why Desmond Tutu has never won an Oscar and Jon Voight has never won the Albert Schweitzer Prize for Humanitarianism.
