Donald Trump has now hit 62% disapproval in one of the polls

That's his worst ever. Most ominously, the poll with the 62% disapproval rating is Rasmussen, which is the one most likely to be favorable to him.

    Yes, Rasmussen has a GOP bias. 538 gives it a C+.
