Did they mock him in the comedy clubs on Krypton? Personally, I never really understood the dry, Kryptonian sense of humor. As I recall, Ol' Sups and the residents of Kandor were not known for their Churchillian one-liners.

I like the learning calculus part: "I'm worried, Junior has reached third grade and he doesn't know his calculus yet."
"He is a trifle backward, but next year he'll be five years old and he'll know it by then."
