President Trump has something called a "black people plan"
"It’s just unclear what that plan actually is."
So it's a double top secret black people plan!
Sounds ominous.
I know I'm a pessimist, but I have a feeling that actual black people are not going to be that thrilled with this plan, but I guess they can be encouraged that Trump didn't call it his "n-word plan," and that he can't just repeal the 13th Amendment by executive order.
Gosh, that would be a special way to celebrate Black History Month! It would be like the way sports teams celebrate their histories with retro uniforms. Just think of it as a high concept, ultra-realistic Civil War re-enactment!
I bet it involves lots of boats. The only thing better would be if ol' Jefferson Beauregard hisself was put in charge.
