On the set of Star Trek, that's what Bill Shatner's co-stars called him.

But look at him now!
Mark my words, one day he'll be Major Dickhead."

You guys are so cynical, and you may have underrated him. He may be a naval captain, in which case he already outranks a Major Dickhead. But whatever his rank, I'm sure his parents would be proud if they could have seen him finally make it through OCS. Like many generations of Dickheads before him, dating all the way back to the Siege of Yodong, he was expected to spend his career as a Staff Sergeant, standing erect as he saluted the young officers who barely noticed him.
Wherever they are now, all the Dickheads must be proud.
