President overruled on US terror law: In a 2-1 decision, the appeals court ruled that the US President does not have the power to detain an American citizen seized on US soil as an 'enemy combatant" without authorization from Congress. President Bush immediately ordered the detention of the two judges who voted against him, and expects to get a unanimous 1-0 decision in his favor upon appeal.
